About the role
We’re seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales leader to own our enterprise GTM strategy and execution. You’ll lead all aspects of the enterprise sales motion — from driving revenue growth and building a high-performing team, to representing ElevenLabs with customers and partners at the highest levels.
In this role, you will:
- Own the enterprise sales function: strategy, pipeline, forecast, process, and execution
- Define enterprise ICP, sales methodology, and scalable GTM motion
- Build, lead, and inspire a high-performing enterprise sales team
- Drive new business acquisition and expansion in strategic verticals
- Act as an executive presence with customers, including leading briefings, events, and high-stakes negotiations
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to align GTM with customer feedback and market insights
- Bring deep understanding of the competitive AI landscape to inform positioning and strategy
- Set the standard for sales culture, integrity, and customer-first execution across the organization
Requirements:
- Based in San Francisco
- Proven experience leading enterprise sales in a high-growth, product-led tech company (AI/ML experience preferred)
