Revenue Events Sr. Manager
About the role
THE OPPORTUNITY
We are hiring a Revenue Events Sr. Manager to our Revenue Enablement & GTM Excellence team in Brazil! This is a Remote – Brazil position, meaning you can work from anywhere within the country.
The Revenue Events Sr Manager is the ultimate owner of our global Revenue Kick-Off (RKO), our most critical commercial milestone. In this role, you will lead the entire RKO lifecycle—starting planning in June/July, executing the main event in March/April, and wrapping up with post-event analysis in May. We are looking for an independent leader who can run this entire cycle with minimal supervision, ensuring every single detail is covered for an awesome experience.
Beyond the RKO, you will act as a trusted advisor and hands-on supporter for other key commercial and corporate events, such as QBRs, Townhalls, and People Manager calls.
YOUR IMPACT
- Own the RKO End-to-End: Take full, independent ownership of the Revenue Kick-Off timeline, from early planning and multi-quarter budgeting to global logistics, remote/in-person execution, and post-event lessons learned.
- Master the Details: Obsess over every detail of event production to ensure a seamless, high-energy, and impactful experience for all attendees.
- Support Global Events: Provide execution expertise and support for other critical corporate cadences (QBRs, Townhalls, leadership alignments) without needing to own them entirely.
- Drive Autonomy: Manage complex, large-scale event logistics independently, keeping leadership informed but driving the execution forward.
- Live the mission: inspire and empower others by genuinely caring for your own wellbeing and your colleagues. Bring wellbeing to the forefront of work, and create a supportive environment where everyone feels comfortable taking care of themselves, taking time off, and finding work-life wellness.
WHO YOU ARE
- Proven Experience with Large & Remote Events: Demonstrated track record of planning and executing large-scale corporate events for 500+ attendees, with deep expertise in managing both in-person and fully remote/hybrid experiences.
- The Events Lifecycle Expertise: Direct experience managing long-term event project management cycles (from early budgeting and scoping in mid-year to peak execution and post-event wrap-ups).
- Extreme Ownership & Autonomy: Proven ability to run complex, multi-quarter event budgets and global logistics independently, requiring minimal supervision from leadership.
- Obsession with Details: A hands-on profile with a sharp eye for every single detail required to make an event seamless.
