About the role

Accountabilities:

    • Partner with regional enablement leaders to plan, coordinate, and execute regional and global enablement initiatives, including onboarding, certifications, sales plays, workshops, webinars, and sales meetings.
    • Maintain program calendars, project plans, timelines, action trackers, communications, invitations, attendance records, surveys, and follow-up activities.
    • Coordinate presenters, subject matter experts, content, dry runs, virtual sessions, and other program logistics to ensure consistent and engaging delivery.
    • Support cross-functional enablement projects and help align global programs with regional requirements and priorities.
    • Audit, organize, and maintain enablement content repositories, applying clear tagging, naming, categorization, and content lifecycle standards.
    • Create practical learning materials such as job aids, playbooks, pitch decks, facilitator guides, videos, and interactive e-learning modules.
    • Translate complex product, technical, marketing, and sales concepts into clear, concise, and actionable learning experiences.
    • Build and maintain onboarding, certification, and continuous-learning pathways within learning and content management platforms.
    • Administer virtual enablement sessions through tools such as Zoom, including registration, presenter access, session configuration, recordings, and post-event resources.
    • Pull and maintain reporting from enablement platforms, LMS systems, CRM tools, virtual meeting platforms, and other relevant sources.
    • Track participation, attendance, webinar engagement, feedback, and satisfaction metrics, using insights to identify adoption gaps and improvement opportunities.
    • Gather feedback from sellers, managers, and end users and recommend which programs and content should be improved, refreshed, consolidated, expanded, or retired.
    • Identify opportunities to automate recurring activities, simplify workflows, standardize processes, and improve the overall seller and learner experience.
    • Requirements:

      • 8+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Revenue Enablement, Learning & Development, Content Management, Instructional Design, Program Coordination, or a related field.
      • Strong experience coordinating multiple programs, stakeholders, timelines, and deliverables across regions and time zones.
      • Demonstrated ability to create clear, engaging, practical learning content and professional documentation.
      • Strong analytical skills, including the ability to collect and interpret reporting, identify trends, and translate data into actionable recommendations.
      • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for different audiences.
      • Strong organizational and project coordination abilities, with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
      • Proactive, improvement-oriented mindset with the confidence to identify gaps, recommend solutions, and streamline processes.
      • Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills, particularly when working with enablement leaders, subject matter experts, and cross-functional teams.
      • Comfortable learning, administering, and troubleshooting a variety of enablement, learning, reporting, content, and collaboration platforms.
      • Experience with tools such as Seismic, Highspot, Showpad, or similar enablement platforms is valuable.
      • Familiarity with LMS solutions such as Seismic Learning, Workday Learning, Docebo, or comparable systems is preferred.
      • Experience with Zoom Meetings and Webinars and content creation tools such as Canva, Articulate 360, Camtasia, Microsoft Office, or Google Workspace is advantageous.
      • Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, or other CRM platforms is a plus.
