About the role
Accountabilities
- Build and maintain enablement systems, programs, and content that strengthen Sales and Customer Success motions, including deal-stage playbooks, talk tracks, sales-stage content mapping, and expansion or upsell resources.
- Keep enablement materials aligned with evolving products, packaging, messaging, pricing, competitive dynamics, and business priorities.
- Partner with Product Marketing and Customer Education to coordinate readiness for product launches, messaging updates, pricing changes, and competitive developments while maintaining consistent messaging across revenue-facing channels.
- Design and deliver competitive positioning resources, battle cards, objection-handling frameworks, and learning experiences using both instructor-led and asynchronous formats and applying adult learning principles.
- Own the Enablement AI Hub and broader enablement technology stack, using AI to analyze data, generate insights, develop resources, improve efficiency, and explore new applications within revenue workflows.
- Establish a field-adherence framework that connects enablement programs and content to measurable revenue outcomes, including win rate, sales-cycle length, net revenue retention, expansion, time-to-value, and churn-risk escalations.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting that demonstrate program adoption, field adherence, business impact, and enablement ROI over time.
- Lead a recurring enablement performance cadence with Sales and Marketing leadership, translating data into clear recommendations and ensuring agreed actions are tracked through completion.
- Facilitate enablement sessions for large and small groups, as well as individual coaching, helping customer-facing teams apply new knowledge and tools effectively.
- Collaborate across functions and influence stakeholders without formal authority, building alignment among Sales, Customer Success, Product Marketing, and other teams.
- Manage multiple enablement initiatives simultaneously, maintaining clear priorities, milestones, communication plans, and measurable outcomes.
- 5+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Revenue Enablement, GTM Enablement, Product Marketing, or a closely related function within a B2B SaaS environment.
- Proven experience directly supporting New Business, Enterprise Sales, Account Management, and/or Customer Success teams and contributing to revenue growth.
- Strong ability to understand the needs and expectations of Sales and Customer Success leadership and translate them into practical programs, guidance, and resources.
- Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders without formal authority and build alignment across Sales, Customer Success, Product Marketing, and related teams.
- Strong business and product acumen, with the ability to translate positioning, pricing, competitive dynamics, and product changes into actionable guidance for customer-facing teams.
- Strong data fluency, including the ability to analyze pipeline and enablement data, build dashboards, measure program effectiveness, and communicate business impact to senior stakeholders.
- Experience developing measurement frameworks that connect training adoption and field adherence to revenue outcomes rather than relying solely on participation or completion metrics.
- Excellent facilitation, coaching, presentation, and executive communication skills, with the ability to make complex information clear and actionable.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple concurrent programs, priorities, and deadlines in a fast-moving environment.
- Working knowledge of AI-assisted enablement technologies, including conversation intelligence, AI-generated call summaries, and AI-powered content workflows.
- Proficiency with Salesforce is preferred; experience with platforms such as Gong and Skilljar is an advantage.
- Experience in education technology or the K–12 sector is a plus but not required.
- A highly collaborative, organized, analytical, and proactive approach, with a strong focus on measurable business outcomes.
- Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.
- Medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance for eligible employees and qualifying dependents.
