About the role
Job Summary
As a Revenue Cycle Intelligence Associate, you will lead customer initiatives and support the development and delivery of technology-enabled service offerings. You’ll work closely with customers to leverage Kodiak’s analytics platform and your experience as a revenue cycle operator to drive operational improvements and financial performance across the revenue cycle. This role requires a blend of healthcare revenue cycle expertise, analytical acumen, and customer-facing experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Engagement Managers with customer engagements focused on revenue cycle transformation and performance improvement.
- Analyze complex healthcare data sets to identify trends, root causes, and actionable insights.
- Develop and present detailed reports, dashboards, and visualizations using BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement data-driven solutions.
- Translate business needs into technical requirements and ensure successful delivery solution.
- Provide subject matter expertise on revenue cycle operations, KPIs, and best practices.
- Contribute to knowledge sharing across the organization by developing documentation and reusable tools that support team success.
- Support product development by identifying opportunities for innovation and automation.
- Participate in customer meetings, presentations, and strategic planning sessions.
- Travel occasionally to customer sites as needed (estimated <20%).
- Foster an environment of ownership of project and customer success.
Required Qualifications
A strong candidate will possess:
Experience:
- Minimum 2+ years of progressive experience in healthcare revenue cycle operations, or consulting.
- Prior experience in a professional services or consulting environment is strongly preferred.
- Experience working with or for RCM vendors, health systems, or payers is highly valued.
Domain Knowledge:
- Deep understanding of revenue cycle KPIs, workflows, and operational levers (e.g., denials, A/R, cash collections, charge capture).
- Ability to interpret and communicate complex financial and operational data to non-technical stakeholders.
