About the role
Accountabilities:
- Lead and facilitate renewal activities for an assigned portfolio, ensuring renewals are completed accurately and on time while supporting territory-level business objectives.
- Build strong working relationships with field sales teams and collaborate closely to align priorities, coordinate activities, and drive renewal performance.
- Engage directly with customers throughout the renewal cycle, communicating the value of available services and facilitating timely completion of agreements.
- Drive adoption of renewal programs and strategies within the assigned territory, supporting consistent execution across the broader sales organization.
- Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives through effective pipeline management, customer engagement, and opportunity development.
- Develop knowledge of technology products, services, manufacturer support options, and related solutions in order to clearly communicate their benefits to customers.
- Execute quarterly campaigns aligned with vendor priorities, promotions, and commercial initiatives.
- Maintain accurate and timely customer, pipeline, and sales information within relevant databases and systems.
- Follow and master internal sales processes, tools, procedures, and reporting requirements.
- Develop and maintain territory or business plans that support renewal growth and long-term customer relationships.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience, with approximately 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, renewals, account management, or a related commercial role.
- Understanding of renewal offerings, sales tools, programs, and processes, ideally within a technology or services environment.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with senior decision-makers, customers, and field sales professionals.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term professional relationships through a customer-focused and consultative approach.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and collaborative, with the ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a broader team.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize a large pipeline and manage multiple deadlines.
- Ability to develop territory or business plans and translate commercial objectives into actionable activities.
- Willingness and ability to quickly learn technology solutions, vendor support offerings, and related tools, and explain their value clearly to customers.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
- Comfortable adapting to changing priorities and working occasionally outside standard business hours when urgent customer or operational needs arise.
- Remote work opportunity within the United States.
- Base compensation expected to range from $21.63 to $31.25 per hour, depending on experience, skills, qualifications, certifications, geographic location, and other relevant factors.
- Potential additional compensation through commissions and discretionary bonuses.
