Key Responsibilities

• • Assist clients with researching and selecting travel options including hotels, resorts, cruises, and vacation packages
  • Support the booking and confirmation process from initial inquiry through finalized reservations
  • Respond to client questions regarding availability, travel details, and booking requirements
  • Review reservation information for accuracy, including dates and traveler details
  • Maintain organized records of client interactions and bookings
  • Provide follow-up communication before and after travel
