Minimum Requirements:

• Active Nurse Practitioner (NP) license with maintained Registered Nurse (RN) licensure within state of residence, in accordance with state requirements
• Board certified - Current national certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner through AANP or ANCC
• Active RN compact license
• 3+ years of clinical experience as a Nurse Practitioner in primary care or urgent care
• Experience and ability to treat all ages across the lifespan (newborn-geriatric)
• Active multi-state licensure preferred
• Must maintain active Medicare status
