Position Overview
We are looking for full-time Associate Therapists to join our team and provide outpatient services through our telehealth program. Our team works 100% remotely from their own homes with a Monday - Friday schedule and no weekends.
Work Schedule
- Shift options: 10am-7pm or 11am-8pm Eastern
Requirements
- Master's level degree and licensure
- Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States with no employer sponsorship requirements now or in the future
- Private work from home space that meets HIPAA requirements
- Fluency in English; Spanish preferred; proficiency in other languages a plus
- Knowledge of mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis
- Treatment planning experience
- Comfortable utilizing technology including telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools
- Experience working in partnership with clients to achieve goals
- Ability to utilize comprehensive assessments
