What you’ll do:

<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; color: rgb(40, 40, 40);">Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives</li>

<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; color: rgb(40, 40, 40);">Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs</li>

<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; color: rgb(40, 40, 40);">Present sales reports and realistic forecasts to the management team</li>

<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; color: rgb(40, 40, 40);">Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status </li>

<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; color: rgb(40, 40, 40);">You’ll manage a team of Sales Executives, and you’ll ensure they flawlessly execute on their sales tasks which include:</li>

<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; color: rgb(40, 40, 40);">Responsibility for all aspects of the sales cycle, from outreach and follow-up with both incoming and self-generated leads internationally, through proposal to deal close </li>

<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; color: rgb(40, 40, 40);">Follow up on company-sourced and self-generated leads from multiple sources (website, partners, sales team, trade shows, marketing campaigns, etc.) </li>

<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; color: rgb(40, 40, 40);">Draft and follow up on proposals, overcome objections and close sales, while working to a quarterly personal sales target </li>

<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; color: rgb(40, 40, 40);">Maintain a strong pipeline to meet assigned sales quotas and metrics </li>

<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; color: rgb(40, 40, 40);">Successful previous experience in sales leadership, consistently meeting or exceeding targets</li>

<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; color: rgb(40, 40, 40);">Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences</li>

What we’re looking for: Minimum Requirements

<ul>

<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; color: rgb(40, 40, 40);">Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization</li>

<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; color: rgb(40, 40, 40);">Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a business or finance discipline </li>

<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; color: rgb(40, 40, 40);">7-10 years’ experience in sales, with a track record in meeting sales targets </li>

<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; color: rgb(40, 40, 40);">Excellent knowledge of Salesforce CRM, Hubspot, and other common tools used within the Sales and Marketing function is strongly preferred&nbsp;</li>

Preferred Requirements

The annual gross base salary range for this position is $88,000 - $110,000 plus variable compensation.

Our ranges are established using objective market benchmarking data for this level of work. Final placement within the range is determined by gender-neutral criteria, including the candidate's relevant skills, experience, and specific qualifications for the role.

Actual compensation for this position may vary and will depend on multiple factors such as relevant qualifications, experience, education, and geographic location. For Full-Time Regular Employees, this position is also eligible for additional compensation as follows:

<li style="line-height: 1.5;">Sales Roles: This position is eligible for a commission structure in addition to base salary.</li>

<li style="line-height: 1.5;">Non-Sales Roles: This position is eligible for an annual bonus which is paid dependent on various factors, including and without limitation, individual and company performance in addition to base salary.</li>
