Regional Operations Manager

About the Opportunity

• Support the design, documentation, and implementation of processes across key operational functions—with direct responsibility at the assigned school(s) and additional support to other schools in the region. Focus areas include:
  • Student records
  • Local and state testing
  • Attendance and truancy data collection and compliance actions
  • Office and facilities management
  • System and Platform training and support
  • School operations
• Act as a resource for internal (staff) and external (students and families) stakeholders by providing management and resolution of escalated needs across a variety of areas, including, but not limited to, school procedures, technology systems, materials, course and teacher assignments, etc.
• Serve as a liaison between school team members and members of the larger Accel team to identify operational needs and develop school level procedures that align with the goals and procedures of the larger Accel organization
• Serve as a member of the leadership team at the assigned school(s), while also supporting school leadership at other regional schools as needed
• Work closely with school and national State Reporting and IT Team members to ensure data validity in the Student Information System, Lear
