Regional Manager, Field Operations

ABOUT THIS ROLE

The Regional Manager, Field Operations plays a critical, high-impact leadership role within the LVT's Field Service Team. This role is uniquely tasked with establishing, opening, and leading a new regional field operations service hub. The successful candidate will wear multiple hats: assuming standard field operation and local service center leadership responsibilities, optimizing regional transport operations, creating and managing a local service parts footprint and localized vehicle van-stock logistics, and executing day-to-day branch office management.

In this role, you will be the on-the-ground anchor responsible for effectively managing, scaling, and optimizing our localized field technician workforce.
