The Opportunity

This is not a management role.
If you’re not comfortable stepping into deals and closing - this is not the role.
You will lead from the front, drive complex enterprise deals, and build a team that can win them.
The Role
Lead and scale Oasis’ enterprise business in your region.
You will hire Account Executives, build pipeline from the ground up, and take ownership of the most important deals.
There is no fully built machine here.
You will help create it.
This role is for you if
- You are a leader who still closes and owns deals
- You have recently closed large, complex enterprise deals
- You build pipeline - you don’t rely on it
- You operate well in ambiguity and create structure where it doesn’t exist
- You hire strong talent and raise the bar
- You are comfortable being accountable for both team and number
What you’ll own
The number - pipeline, forecast, and revenue
The team - hiring and developing Account Executives
The deals - stepping into and driving critical opportunities
The territory - building coverage, pipeline, and presence
What you’ll do
- Build and lead a high-performing enterprise sales team
- Hire and ramp Account Executives in your region
- Drive pipeline generation and new logo acquisition
- Step into critical deals and help drive them to close
- Establish how the region operates and wins
- Partner cross-functionally to accelerate growth
Background
- Track record of closing large, complex enterprise deals (recent experience required)
- Experience selling to enterprise security buyers (CISO-level)
- Experience in high-growth or early-stage environments
- Builder mindset - comfortable creating pipeline and structure
- Leadership experience or strong first-line leaders ready to step up
