Job Summary

The Regional Clinical Development Manager (RCM) is responsible for leadership and management of Clinical Specialists and 1099 contractors for clinical support and case coverage of the CVAC procedure, tactical execution of clinical objectives, and delivery of clinical education.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multi-level Clinical Specialists and independently contracted Clinical Specialists (1099) for case coverage and clinical support
• Develop, manage, and deliver clinical education to sales, clinical specialists, marketing, surgeons, 1099 contractors, and OR staff
• Coordinate, develop, and deliver all New Hire Training content and deliverables in conjunction with Sales
• Manage and coordinate with Sales for case coverage needs and assist clinical team and customers toward procedure independence
