About the Role
WhyWords, a brand by Kiwimo-Product GmbH, works at the intersection of positioning, content, and impact with a clear focus on LinkedIn. We're seeking someone to support ongoing client management through direct dialogue and content development conversations rather than traditional editorial work.
This role is client-facing, dialogue-oriented, and intellectually demanding. The focus is on making thoughts tangible, identifying key themes, and developing a clear content strategy—less about pure writing, more about strategic thinking and refinement.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct client engagement through regular conversations and strategic sparring sessions
- Identify positioning, unique selling propositions, and personal brand elements through dialogue
- Extract relevant topics from conversations and client context
- Structure thoughts and content ideas for LinkedIn
- Translate conversations into clear briefs for the editorial team
- Review and refine editorial drafts (sharpening over writing)
- Support clients over extended periods for consistent brand development
- Manage internal topic management dashboard
- Ensure content aligns with client voice, clarity, and strategic focus
Required Qualifications
- Background in editorial work, journalism, communications, psychology, or related field
- Experience developing content through client conversations
- Strong questioning and thought-structuring abilities
- Sensitivity to positioning, language, and messaging impact
- Solid understanding of LinkedIn and personal branding
- Preference for strategic thinking and content development over writing
- Confidence in direct client communication
- Independent, structured work approach
Preferred Qualifications
- Agency experience
- Background in media psychology or coaching-related fields
Benefits
- 100% remote work from home
- Mini-job contract on hourly basis (up to €603/month)
- Fixed, predictable working hours with scheduled client meetings
- Flexible scheduling outside of client calls
- Clear responsibilities and direct content influence
- Minimal approval processes and no micromanagement
This role emphasizes collaborative content strategy and client dialogue over independent writing. If you enjoy working with people, conducting conversations, identifying themes, and structuring ideas, this role is for you.
