Recruitment Marketing & Account Executive - SAP Education & Training

Accountabilities

• • Proactively identify and engage prospective learners through LinkedIn, social media, direct outreach, and other relevant recruitment marketing channels.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to inbound leads and develop them through the sales pipeline.
  • Conduct personalized career counseling sessions to understand learner goals and demonstrate the relevance, benefits, and potential ROI of SAP training programs.
  • Explain SAP modules, training offerings, project simulation programs, and placement support opportunities in a clear and compelling manner.
  • Manage the complete enrollment sales cycle, from initial qualification and consultation through objection handling, follow-up, negotiation, and paid registration.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective learners throughout the decision-making process.
  • Consistently work toward and exceed monthly enrollment quotas and commercial targets.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, including daily activities, lead status, pipeline stages, follow-ups, and conversion metrics.
  • Monitor sales performance and identify opportunities to improve prospecting, engagement, follow-up, and conversion effectiveness.
  • Develop a disciplined outbound prospecting routine while maintaining a high standard of communication and candidate experience.

  Requirements

  • 1–4 years of experience in EdTech sales, education or training sales, student counseling, recruitment, inside sales, or a related customer-facing commercial role.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed monthly sales, enrollment, or revenue targets.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, with the confidence to engage professionally with North American and global prospects.
  • Strong outbound prospecting capabilities and the ability to generate opportunities proactively rather than relying solely on inbound leads.
  • Strong consultative selling and career counseling skills, with the ability to understand prospect needs and connect them to appropriate solutions.
  • Proven ability to manage objections, influence purchasing decisions, maintain follow-ups, and close sales.
  • Self-starter mentality with strong ownership, persistence, organization, and motivation in a remote working environment.
  • Comfortable managing multiple prospects simultaneously and maintaining accurate CRM and pipeline information.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust with prospective students from diverse professional and cultural backgrounds.
  • Basic familiarity with SAP modules, enterprise technology, IT careers, or professional training is preferred.
  • A results-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently toward clearly defined commercial goals.

  • Competitive base salary of INR 15,000 per month.
