About the role
Overview
We are looking for a Recruitment Intern who will be responsible 100% for scheduling interviews (software engineers, designers, PMs, etc.) for ongoing hiring needs. This is a full-time remote internship where you will gain hands-on experience in technical recruitment and talent research using LinkedIn and other ATS platforms.
Requirements
- Must be in the final year of graduation (preferably HR, Business, IT/CS, BCA, BSc IT, etc.)
- Mandatory: Prior experience using ATS tools like recruitee, workday, Intervue (Even 1–3 months internship experience or working on college projects is acceptable)
- Strong interest/understanding of tech roles & terminology (React, Node, Full Stack, Product, UI/UX, etc.)
- Basic knowledge of Google Sheets & Google Docs
- Excellent communication and research skills
- Must have a laptop and stable internet connection
- Ability to commit to 8 hours/day, Monday to Friday from 10am to 7pm (remote work)
Responsibilities
- Screening candidates, sharing assignments, and client manager via communication channels
- Reach out to candidates, messaging & maintain follow-up
- Evaluate profiles based on predefined criteria (skills, experience, projects, etc.)
- Maintain and update sourcing trackers regularly
- Schedule interviews with internal stakeholders when needed
Job Details
- Work Mode: 100% Remote
- Internship Duration: 3 months
- Stipend: ₹8,000 – ₹10,000 per month (performance-based)
