Develop and execute the recruitment growth strategy across China and Singapore.

</li>

Identify and win new clients across the region.

</li>

<li>

Build strong relationships with CEOs, Founders, HR Directors, Talent Acquisition leaders and other senior decision-makers.

</li>

<li>

Develop strategic relationships with Chinese companies and multinational organizations.

</li>

<li>

Identify opportunities to support Chinese companies expanding into other Asian and international markets.

</li>

<li>

Negotiate recruitment agreements, fees and commercial terms.

</li>

<li>

Build and manage a strong pipeline of new business opportunities.

</li>

<li>

Represent the company at relevant networking events and within the APAC business community.

</li>

<h3 id="Team-Leadership-&amp;-Development" data-local-id="6fabdb7c0855" data-renderer-start-pos="1447">Team Leadership &amp; Development</h3>

Lead, coach and develop a team of 3–4 Recruitment Consultants located across China mainland, Hong Kong and Singapore.

</li>

<li>

Set individual and team revenue, business development and recruitment objectives.

</li>

<li>

Conduct regular performance reviews, pipeline meetings and coaching sessions.

</li>

<li>

Support consultants in winning clients, managing key accounts and closing recruitment assignments.

</li>

<li>

Recruit and onboard additional consultants as the APAC business grows.

</li>

<li>

Build a high-performance, collaborative and commercially driven recruitment culture.

</li>

</ul>

<h3 id="Recruitment-&amp;-Key-Accounts" data-local-id="ed583245b80a" data-renderer-start-pos="2022">Recruitment &amp; Key Accounts</h3>

<li>

Personally manage strategic clients and senior recruitment assignments.

</li>

<li>

Lead searches from client briefing through sourcing, interviews, offer negotiation and placement.

</li>

<li>

Develop long-term relationships with key regional accounts.

</li>

<li>

Advise clients on talent availability, compensation, recruitment strategy and market trends.

</li>

<li>

Ensure a high level of service and delivery across the team.

</li>

</ul>

Requirements

<li>

10+ years of recruitment agency / executive search experience, ideally within APAC.

</li>

<li>

Previous experience managing or mentoring recruitment consultants.

</li>

<li>

Strong 360° recruitment and business development track record.

</li>

<li>

Proven ability to win new clients and generate recruitment revenue.

</li>

<li>

Strong knowledge of the China and wider APAC recruitment market.

</li>

<li>

Experience developing and managing relationships with Chinese clients.

</li>

<li>

Strong commercial, negotiation and leadership skills.

</li>

<li>

Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build and grow a business.

</li>

<li>

Comfortable managing a geographically distributed team.

</li>

<li>

Fluent English and Mandarin Chinese.

</li>
