Role Description

We're looking for a scrappy, sharp Recruiting Operations & Sourcing Contractor to help build strong pipelines and keep our recruiting engine running efficiently. This role is approximately 2/3 hands-on sourcing and 1/3 recruiting operations and coordination. It's perfect for someone early in their career who wants to level up fast. You'll work closely with the recruiting team to find great people while ensuring best-in-class processes behind the scenes.

Responsibilities

Sourcing & Pipeline Building

• Hunt down great candidates across technical and non-technical roles
• Build and nurture pipelines for current and future hiring needs
• Run market maps to understand where top talent lives
• Partner with recruiters to calibrate on profiles and refine searches
• Keep a pulse on pipeline health and sourcing performance

Recruiting Ops & Coordination

• Help keep interviews running smoothly through scheduling, communications, and logistics
• Own data hygiene in our ATS to ensure clean data for better hiring
• Spot inefficiencies and help tighten up recruiting processes
• Pull basic reports and share insights on what's working and what needs improvement
• Pitch in wherever needed on our small, fast-moving team

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in recruiting coordination, sourcing, or recruiting ops
• Super organized and detail-oriented
• Curious and resourceful with ability to figure things out quickly
• Comfortable juggling multiple priorities
• Strong communicator with clear, concise, and candidate-friendly communication style
• Bonus: Located in San Francisco Bay Area for office accessibility
