Responsibilities

  • Own interview scheduling across multiple roles and stakeholders
  • Act as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process
  • Deliver a high-quality, responsive candidate experience
  • Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to keep processes moving with urgency
  • Coordinate complex scheduling across executives and cross-functional teams
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in Ashby (ATS)
  • Identify inefficiencies in the recruiting process and proactively solve them
  • Help enforce consistency and structure in interview processes and feedback loops
  • Push back when needed on timelines, expectations, or unclear inputs

Some attributes you should have

  • 1-2 years of experience in recruiting coordination or a similar operational role
  • Experience working with an ATS (Ashby preferred)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Clear, professional communication and executive presence
  • Ability to manage multiple workflows simultaneously without dropping details
  • High ownership and reliability — you follow through
  • Comfort operating in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment
  • Willingness to push back and uphold a high bar

Nice to have

  • Experience at a high-growth startup or fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with technical recruiting workflows
  • Exposure to recruiting operations or process improvement work
  • Experience supporting executive-level scheduling
