The Role
As a recruiter in our talent acquisition team, you will be responsible for the full spectrum of the hiring plan from identifying needs, executing a strategy, developing a pipeline, finding and shortlisting candidates, to closing successful hires globally, including but not limited to North America, United Kingdom, India and Australia.
Your role will be to drive and uphold our employer brand, ensuring we attract, hire, and retain StarRezians who drive customer and company outcomes and contribute to our culture.
You will be a strategic partner across teams, functions, and geographies internally in achieving our hiring goals.
Role Specifics
- Work Location: Remote (US)
- Travel: Less than 5% (The percentage of travel is an estimation and may vary based on business needs.)
- Reporting Structure: This role reports to the Senior Director, Talent Acquisition.
