About the Role
Fortinet is experiencing hyper growth with 30% growth targeted for FY26. We are seeking a professional recruiter to join our team and manage sales recruitment within the EMEA region. This is an opportunity to work with a growing, international, publicly traded company and partner with our expanding EMEA Sales teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with territory leads and HR across EMEA to understand corporate goals and challenges
- Define hiring needs, develop job descriptions, and take briefings from line managers
- Maintain detailed administration and tracking of candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Conduct full cycle recruitment including proactive sourcing, candidate selection, and interviewing
- Employ traditional sourcing strategies and develop new, creative recruiting ideas
- Advertise open positions, coordinate interviews, and conduct phone and resume screens
Required Skills and Experience
- 5+ years of recruitment experience in an in-house role
- Experience within the high technology sector, preferably IT security
- Strong stakeholder and candidate management skills
- Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
- Efficient time management with ability to balance multiple requirements
- Ability to learn quickly, multi-task, and work both independently and as part of a team
- Strong computer skills in MS Office products
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Fluency in one or more additional European languages (asset)
