About Unison Infrastructure
Unison is a global telecom and renewables infrastructure investment firm founded in 2003. The company owns 2,200 sites and facilities hosting mission-critical wireless and telecom transmission assets and renewable power generation projects. Unison owns real property or real property interests in the United States and Italy, Spain, France, Germany and Poland, with capital provided primarily by Ardian, a $200 billion AUM Paris-based asset manager.
The Role
- Lead efforts to support the origination and closing of real estate assets in the United States
- Manage a pipeline of deals across the United States and facilitate dialogue between pricing, origination, legal, and the management team
- Negotiate and draft documents for commercial real estate transactions
- Conduct due diligence activities and underwrite assets for lease terms, projected cash flow, and facility information
- Advise on strategic transactions and commercial matters
Requirements
- 4-8 years of experience as a commercial real estate attorney, including at mid to large-sized law firm
- Experience with solar/wind ground leases and/or wireless leases is a plus
- Fluent with technology and remote work
- Juris Doctor and bar admission in good standing in at least one U.S. state
- Must be authorized to work in the United States for any employer without visa sponsorship
