React.JS Developer

Accountabilities:

• • Develop and maintain responsive, user-friendly web applications using React.js, with a focus on usability, performance, and reliability.
  • Collaborate with designers, backend developers, QA teams, and other stakeholders to translate business and technical requirements into effective frontend solutions.
  • Write clean, scalable, maintainable code while following established software development standards and best practices.
  • Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and incorporate feedback to continuously improve code quality.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues across different platforms and environments to maintain a seamless user experience.
  • Integrate RESTful APIs and other backend services into frontend components.
  • Contribute to Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  • Support software testing by developing unit tests and collaborating with QA teams to validate functionality before deployment.
  • Maintain technical documentation covering processes, guidelines, application components, and system architecture as required.
  • Stay informed about emerging frontend technologies and industry trends and contribute innovative ideas to team discussions.
  • Engage with end users and stakeholders to understand feedback and help identify opportunities for future product enhancements.
  • Contribute to all stages of the development lifecycle, from initial concepts and requirements through implementation, testing, and deployment.

  Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 1–3 years of professional or relevant experience developing applications with React.js.
  • Proficiency in React.js and familiarity with JavaScript for building interactive user interfaces.
  • Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, responsive design, and fundamental frontend development principles.
  • Experience with Git or other version control systems.
  • Basic understanding of RESTful APIs and integrating frontend applications with backend services.
  • Familiarity with software development lifecycle practices, Agile methodologies, and collaborative development environments.
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively and approach problems with a structured, detail-oriented mindset.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills for effective collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a cross-functional team.
  • Willingness and enthusiasm to learn new technologies, frameworks, tools, and development practices.
  • Openness to participating in code reviews and receiving and providing constructive feedback.
