Accountabilities:

• • Lead customer-flow validation initiatives by partnering with Support and Field teams to translate real-world customer use cases into comprehensive testing and validation strategies.
  • Define end-to-end test strategies for major features, architectural changes, and complex cross-component workflows, acting as a quality gatekeeper to identify and address potential gaps.
  • Own release-readiness activities for key unified endpoint management modules, including test pipelines, risk assessments, quality evaluation, and technical Go/No-Go recommendations.
  • Develop technical playbooks, best-practice documentation, and enablement materials to help Support and Solutions Engineering teams resolve complex customer scenarios effectively.
  • Influence the test automation roadmap by advocating for scalable frameworks and AI-assisted testing approaches that accurately reflect real customer workflows.
  • Collaborate with engineering, product, support, and field teams to embed testability and observability into product architecture and design.
  • Perform root-cause analysis on complex technical issues and provide actionable recommendations to improve product reliability, security, and customer experience.
  • Mentor team members and drive quality initiatives across multiple functions and projects.

  Requirements:

  • 8+ years of hands-on engineering experience in Quality Assurance, Platform Engineering, Systems Engineering, Solutions Architecture, or related roles within End-User Computing, enterprise SaaS, or comparable technology environments.
  • Deep technical understanding of Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) or Mobile Device Management (MDM) platforms, including solutions such as Workspace ONE, Microsoft Intune, or JAMF.
  • Strong knowledge of enrollment workflows, policy engines, compliance state machines, certificate lifecycles, and operating-system-level MDM protocols.
  • Understanding of how identity, endpoint security, and network configurations interact within hybrid-cloud environments.
  • Proven ability to develop comprehensive end-to-end test strategies and drive quality initiatives across cross-functional teams.
  • Experience influencing product architecture by incorporating testability, observability, reliability, and quality considerations during the design phase.
  • Strong analytical and root-cause analysis skills, with the ability to investigate complex technical issues and communicate findings clearly.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to explain sophisticated technical concepts to both engineering teams and customers.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience, including mentoring colleagues and influencing teams without relying solely on formal authority.
  • A systems-thinking mindset, strong curiosity, adaptability, and a desire to understand technology and customer workflows end to end.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
