Job Overview

We are looking for a Python Coding Specialist to join our Freelance AI Trainer Project. You will help train the next generation of AI by providing expert-level coding knowledge and analysis for large language models.

Responsibilities

• Engage with AI models on software engineering tasks using Python
• Verify logical accuracy and coding fluency
• Assess code quality, clarity, and security
• Capture reproducible error traces and failure modes
• Suggest improvements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics

Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in computer science, software engineering, or related field
• Significant real-world Python experience
• Expertise in algorithms, data structures, software architecture, frontend and backend development, cloud infrastructure, and systems programming
• Strong technical writing and communication skills

Compensation

Pay range: $8 to $65 per hour, determined by experience and geographic location. As a contractor, you must provide your own computer and high-speed internet. No company-sponsored benefits.
