Fresh Prints is a custom-apparel company that helps college organizations, Greek life, campus groups, and corporate clients source and print customized products. We work with domestic wholesale suppliers and overseas manufacturers to find the right product at the right price for each client.

Role Overview

Support the Pre-Order Ops Team as a Purchasing Associate. The Product Acquisition Team sits between the sales team and the supply chain. When a client needs a product, you will find it, price it, and make the sale possible.

Responsibilities

• Find garments and products based on client requests, often using reference photos
• Identify styles, materials, and key details from references
• Turn product specifications into effective supplier searches
• Check product availability and suggest similar options when needed
• Evaluate whether products are right for the customer requesting them

Qualifications

• Understanding of fashion and apparel products
• Fashion background is a plus, but curiosity and genuine interest in the industry are just as important
• Ability to evaluate product quality and fit based on descriptions and references
