About the role
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Developer Sales Manager to drive adoption of BidMachine's SDK and monetization solutions across the China market, covering both gaming and non-gaming app developers. You will leverage strong existing relationships across the Chinese mobile ecosystem to close new developer partnerships, with non-gaming experience considered a significant advantage.
This is a high-impact role where you will directly shape BidMachine's growth in one of the world's most competitive and dynamic mobile markets.
Key Responsibilities
- New Business
- Prospect, pitch, and close new gaming and non-gaming developer accounts in China, exceeding quarterly sales quotas
- Negotiate commercial agreements that deliver long-term value for both BidMachine and its partners
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of developer prospects across app categories
- Onboarding & Account Development
- Build senior-level relationships with decision-makers at developer organizations
- Work cross-functionally with Ad Ops, Product, and Engineering to ensure smooth onboarding and reliable ongoing support
- Identify upsell opportunities within existing accounts to grow revenue
- Market Insight & Evangelism
- Act as the voice of the China market by providing structured feedback on feature gaps, monetization trends, and competitive activity
- Represent BidMachine at industry events, conferences, and developer communities in China
- Champion the benefits of BidMachine and its broader portfolio of monetization solutions
What We're Looking For
- Strong existing relationships with gaming and non-gaming app developers in China
- Proven track record in business development or sales within the mobile advertising or AdTech ecosystem
- Deep understanding of the Chinese mobile app market, including monetization trends and competitive landscape
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Fluency in Mandarin and English
- Ability to work independently in a remote, globally distributed team
