Role Overview
The Provider Analytics Consultant is a client-facing role responsible for turning healthcare data into clear, actionable insights for providers, clients, and internal teams. This position supports client conversations, presentations, and sales efforts by delivering accurate, easy-to-understand analysis that drives decision-making.
This role requires a strong quality assurance mindset and the ability to work independently. Candidates must be comfortable taking a broad task, identifying key questions, determining the appropriate approach, and delivering accurate, client-ready outputs with minimal guidance.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze healthcare data and reporting outputs to identify trends, insights, risks, and opportunities for improvement
- Translate analytical findings into clear, compelling narratives for providers, clients, sales teams, and other stakeholders
- Participate in client and provider-facing calls, presenting results and responding to questions professionally
- Support sales and client success efforts by preparing data-backed insights, reports, and presentation materials
- Develop and maintain client-ready reports, dashboards, PowerPoint presentations, and other analytical deliverables
- Review reports and presentations for accuracy, consistency, and quality before distribution
- Apply a strong quality assurance mindset to ensure data outputs and summaries align with business needs
- Collaborate with internal teams to support broader analytics, client success, and business initiatives
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain data security best practices
- Demonstrate commitment to company core values and maintain high standards of quality and service
