Proposal Writer/ Marketing Analyst

Accountabilities:

• • Analyze RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, and other business opportunities in depth to understand customer requirements, evaluation criteria, compliance obligations, and submission expectations.
  • Develop and maintain high-quality client-facing proposals, bid responses, RFP/RFI submissions, and supporting documents.
  • Coordinate with sales, technical, delivery, and other cross-functional teams to gather relevant information and translate inputs into structured, compelling proposal content.
  • Ensure proposals accurately address customer requirements while following established formats, standards, messaging, and compliance criteria.
  • Review pricing tables, totals, effort estimates, calculations, and other numerical information to ensure accuracy before submission.
  • Use AI-assisted tools responsibly to accelerate content development while ensuring all final materials are accurate, relevant, secure, and consistent in tone and structure.
  • Partner with senior business development stakeholders to review, refine, and finalize proposals before submission.
  • Create and maintain reusable proposal templates, case studies, standard content blocks, and other business development resources.
  • Support marketing activities through the development of blogs, capability presentations, company collateral, and related content.
  • Maintain the confidentiality and security of customer, commercial, and proposal information.
  • Identify opportunities to improve proposal quality, turnaround times, consistency, and overall bid readiness.

  Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of experience in IT proposal writing, proposal analysis, proposal coordination, or a closely related role.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and professionally.
  • Strong attention to detail, particularly when reviewing pricing, calculations, effort estimates, and compliance requirements.
  • Ability to understand technical solutions and translate them into clear, customer-focused business language.
  • Experience preparing proposals for enterprise software, ERP, IT services, or large-scale technology implementations is preferred.
  • Working knowledge of the proposal lifecycle, including RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, bids, compliance reviews, and submission processes.
  • Familiarity with structured proposal frameworks and compliance matrices is an advantage.
  • Exposure to enterprise platforms such as IBM Maximo, TRIRIGA, MREF, ServiceNow, or other ERP and enterprise software solutions is beneficial.
  • Experience supporting US-based sales or business development teams is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple inputs and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Comfortable working independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proactive, dependable, and highly organized, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Prior experience as a proposal analyst, proposal coordinator, or marketing analyst is an advantage.
  • Ability to use AI tools effectively and responsibly to improve productivity and content development.
