Projektmanager (m/w/d) — Amazon Marketing Production — Remote DACH

About the Role

Manage 45 projects per month for the biggest Amazon brands in the DACH market as part of the Stacvalley Amasulting Group (SAG) — a fusion of Europe's first AI-first Amazon agency and Amasulting. You will be responsible for producing photo, video, and design assets for brands like Clatronic, Red Bull, Weck, and Purelei.

Your Responsibilities

• Handle 30 to 45 parallel projects per month — high-volume PM, not a few large projects
• Welcome new clients, schedule kickoffs and feedback calls, and manage them confidently
• Coordinate the conception of photo, video, and design projects with our creative team
• Delegate tasks to photographers, editors, designers, and creators, ensuring timely delivery
• Act as the interface between client, creative team, and account management
• Work in our project management tool and ensure the team is always informed

What You Bring

• Experience in project management, ideally in an agency or production environment
• Comfortable with 30+ parallel projects — multitasking is your everyday norm
• Clear and fast communication — both written and over the phone
• Structured, organized, and passionate about optimizing processes
• Strong sense of responsibility — deadlines are non-negotiable
• Plus (not required): Experience in e-commerce, Amazon brands, photo/video production, or marketing agencies
