HotelNetSolutions GmbH is an international team developing modern software solutions for hotels and hotel groups since 2006. We offer customized hotel booking engines, voucher shops, channel managers, MICE booking tools, technical support, and strategic consulting to over 2000 hotels and hotel groups.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for initial system setup and onboarding of new customers from training to online launch
- Conduct system training sessions
- Provide professional customer support via phone and email for all customer inquiries and concerns
Requirements
- Knowledge of hotel operations, preferably in reservations, front office, or revenue management
- Team player mentality
- High motivation and desire to grow together with the company
