About the Role

We are looking for a Project Manager who structures processes systematically, implements projects cleanly, and ensures operational excellence – remote or on-site.

Responsibilities

• Planning, controlling, and monitoring internal projects
• Structuring and optimizing existing processes
• Coordination between management, team, and external partners
• Schedule and resource management
• Ensuring milestones, deadlines, and quality standards
• Preparation of decision-making documents and reporting
• Independent communication with clients and project participants

Requirements

• Experience in project management (ideally in service environments)
• Structured, solution-oriented, and independent working style
• Ability to manage multiple projects in parallel
• Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
• Secure handling of digital tools (MS Office, project management software, video conferencing systems)
• Entrepreneurial thinking and sense of responsibility
• Residence or secondary residence in Germany required
