Project Manager / Program Manager Roles

Accountabilities:

• • Lead projects and programs from planning through execution and completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, budgets, and expected outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, budgets, resource allocations, and delivery priorities.
  • Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate activities across technical, business, and operational stakeholders.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including planning sessions, stand-ups, retrospectives, and other team coordination activities.
  • Coach teams on Agile and Scrum practices and promote effective delivery processes.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing clear communication on project progress, risks, dependencies, decisions, and issues.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks while proactively managing dependencies and potential delivery challenges.
  • Manage multiple projects or workstreams simultaneously, balancing competing priorities and resources.
  • Use project management tools and software to track progress, maintain documentation, and communicate project status.
  • Support technical project delivery where required, including initiatives involving emerging technologies or specialized business domains.

  Requirements:

  • 5+ years of professional experience in project management or program management.
  • Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams and delivering complex initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum practices.
  • Proven ability to manage project timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and dependencies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong stakeholder management and relationship-building capabilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining organization, accountability, and attention to detail.
  • Experience working with project management platforms and delivery tools.
  • Strong problem-solving, prioritization, and decision-making skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
  • PMP or another recognized project management certification is preferred.
  • Experience in technical project management is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML initiatives is a plus.
  • Experience with eDiscovery or legal project management is also desirable.
