The Role

The Professional Services Team is looking for an experienced Project Manager who will be responsible for managing implementations for strategic customer accounts. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented customer advocate with experience delivering high quality, on-time SaaS implementations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer implementations for GoFundMe Pro's fundraising and events platform
• Manage projects end-to-end, including scoping, planning, execution, risk/issue mitigation and stakeholder management
• Gather information from customers to evaluate their needs and create tailored implementation plans that support business objectives and drive customer time to value
