The Project Manager will lead the M365 tenant migration, overseeing project timelines, coordinating cross‑functional teams, and supporting stakeholders throughout the migration effort. This role is responsible for tracking and managing status, risks, and task delivery across the full project plan to ensure successful execution of all migration activities.

The Work

Lead and manage the M365 tenant migration project plan

• Coordinate cross‑functional teams and guide day‑to‑day project activities
• Track and manage project timelines, risks, issues, and deliverables
• Support stakeholders by facilitating communication, updates, and project visibility
• Ensure adherence to migration requirements, governance processes, and execution standards
• Provide regular reporting on project health, milestones, and outcomes

Here’s What You Need:

• Bachelor’s Degree required
• Experience managing technology or cloud migration projects
• Strong understanding of project planning, risk tracking, and cross‑team coordination
• Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage complex, multi‑stream project tasks

Bonus Points If:

• Experience leading M365, O365, or cloud tenant migrations
• Background in enterprise IT delivery or collaboration platform modernization
• Skills in Project Delivery
