Role Overview

  • Location: Remote (Mexico)
  • Schedule: 1st Shift (8a-5p CST), Monday through Friday
  • Salary: 34,000 MXN (monthly)

Your Mission as a Project Coordinator

  • Coordinate project activities, resources, schedules, and documentation to support successful project delivery.
  • Partner with Project Managers, engineers, and clients to ensure projects remain on track, within budget, and aligned with business objectives.
  • Support client onboarding initiatives through documentation, knowledge management, and process coordination.
  • Identify risks, remove roadblocks, and promote continuous improvement across project and onboarding workflows.
  • Serve as a key communication link between clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.

Project Coordination & Delivery

  • Support project planning, scheduling, and resource coordination.
  • Track project progress, milestones, budgets, and deliverables.
  • Monitor risks and issues, escalating concerns when necessary.
  • Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders.
  • Help ensure projects meet timeline, budget, and quality expectations.

Client Onboarding & Knowledge Management

  • Participate in onboarding and discovery sessions to understand client environments and requirements.
  • Create, maintain, and organize Knowledge Base Articles (KBAs).
  • Track onboarding deliverables and documentation requirements.
  • Develop standardized templates, workflows, and process documentation.
  • Support onboarding readiness and successful go-live activities.

Documentation, Training & Enablement

  • Maintain project plans, reports, and operational documentation.
  • Create client-facing guides, user instructions, and training materials.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure documentation accuracy and consistency.
  • Support client adoption and enablement through effective knowledge sharing.

Communication & Reporting

  • Serve as a point of contact for project-related communication.
  • Maintain effective communication across project teams, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Track and report project hours, contract true-ups, and related administrative activities.
  • Provide visibility into project status, risks, and outstanding actions.
