Payoneer is building a stablecoin-powered payments platform and a regulated national trust bank, leveraging new technology to deliver the next generation of payment infrastructure for global commerce. This role serves as the operating backbone for the initiative, orchestrating product delivery, go-to-market execution, trust bank launch, and board-level governance into a single coherent program. The Program Manager will partner with senior leadership to translate strategy into milestones, milestones into action, and action into outcomes. This is a high-visibility role for a versatile program manager who can hold complexity across commercial, product, and regulatory workstreams. If you want a tidy lane, this is not the role. Key Responsibilities
Program & Strategy Operations
- Maintain the integrated plan across product, GTM, regulatory, and bank stand-up workstreams
- Establish and run the program's governance model — steering committees, working groups, decision logs, risk registers, and reporting cadences
- Translate strategy into milestones and milestones into weekly action across a cross-functional team
- Drive disciplined prioritization across competing demands on a small, senior team
Product Launch
- Partner with Product and Engineering leadership to maintain an integrated roadmap for stablecoin and bank capabilities, including wallet functionality, issuance, custody, reserve management, and cross-border payments use cases.
- Track milestones, dependencies, and launch readiness across discovery, build, pilot, and general availability.
- Run program rituals that keep product delivery synchronized with commercial commitments and regulatory constraints.
Go-to-Market Execution
- Drive the program plan for stablecoin GTM including segmentation, pricing, packaging, partnership pipeline, sales enablement, and launch sequencing
- Coordinate across Marketing, Sales, Partnerships, and Product Marketing to ensure messaging, collateral, training, and commercial readiness are in place ahead of each launch
