Role Overview
As part of a country/vertical, region or zone Services organization, leads a services program consisting of related services projects or leads multiple unrelated services projects driving customer's value realization and business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive Value Realization
- Work with Sales Account Manager and Engagement Management to create the program vision based on the business strategy in line with responsible customer business managers
- Guide the customer through the process of value identification and planning
- Communicate and make people understand the value of the program
- Drive customer to realize value from Digital Enterprise Solutions and guide the customer through required value realization plan changes
- Together with Engagement Management, identify and create additional opportunities within and beyond the ongoing program
- Plan the program according to the value realization plan and initiate the required projects to achieve the program vision
- Initiate and Execute a Program Structure and Governance Model
- Work with Sales, Services Management to initiate, review and agree a program governance model with the customer
- Execute the program governance model in close cooperation with the customer
- Define and agree the program roles and responsibilities with the customer
- Conduct stakeholder management through systematic identification, analysis and planning of actions to negotiate with and influence stakeholders
- Work with Sales and Services Management to setup all required processes in alignment with all stakeholders including appropriate communication on all levels for program
- Manage the Program throughout the Program life-cycle leveraging Siemens Delivery Framework
- Manage all contracts in the program and derive actions concerning risks, opportunities and contractual obligations with respect to the entire program
- Manage the dependencies between projects, establish and publish clear priorities among projects and program activities, coordinate the projects effectively and establish the required program governance model
- Act as the primary point of contact for the program and aligns Sales, Presales, Engagement Management, Services Management and the customer for the program, including across countries
- Works under self-management to manage programs of medium to high size and complexity, spanning several countries within the Zone
- Mentors Project Managers and other key program team members
