Flash is looking for a Program Manager to help deliver on our mission to free consumers from the hassles of everyday travel by making it faster and easier to get where you need to go, so they can focus on the destination.
Position Overview
The Program Manager supports the successful execution of cross-functional initiatives across Product, Engineering, Hardware, DevOps, QA, and Customer Success. This is an execution-focused role responsible for keeping projects organized, tracking progress, coordinating across teams, identifying risks and dependencies, and providing clear status updates. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their program or project management career who enjoys working with technical teams and wants to develop experience managing increasingly complex programs in a fast-paced technology environment.

What You'll Do
- Maintain project plans, trackers, and dashboards using tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- Track project milestones, deliverables, tasks, and dependencies across multiple teams.
- Monitor project progress and communicate potential delays or issues.
- Support sprint planning, backlog reviews, and cross-functional meetings.
- Prepare regular project and program status updates.
- Capture meeting notes and clearly document action items, owners, and deadlines.
- Follow up on action items and help ensure commitments stay on track.
- Maintain RAID logs covering risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies.
- Coordinate across Product, Engineering, QA, Hardware, DevOps, and other teams.
- Assist with release readiness and deployment coordination.
- Help ensure Jira tickets and project documentation are complete and up to date.
- Support client and stakeholder meetings by documenting questions, requests, and follow-up items.
- Help coordinate internal responses to customer questions and requests.
- Maintain accurate project dashboards and reporting.
- Identify opportunities to improve project tracking, communication, and team processes.
What You Bring
Technical Skills
- Experience with project or program management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid Agile environments.
- Strong proficiency with spreadsheets, presentations, and collaboration tools.
- Ability to create and maintain project trackers, status reports, and dashboards.
- Basic understanding of software development and technology projects.
- Ability to understand project timelines, dependencies, and deliverables.
- Familiarity with the software development lifecycle (SDLC) is a plus.
- Exposure to SaaS, cloud, hardware/software products, or technology integrations is a plus.
Soft Skills
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills.
