This position supports a multi-year, federally funded initiative focused on strengthening rural healthcare systems in Maine through Electronic Medical Records (EMR) modernization. This role will lead the administration of approximately $30 million in EMR modernization funding, supporting more than 70 rural healthcare organizations statewide.

Program Manager - EMR Modernization
Grade Level: 6
Anticipated Salary: Anticipated Salary for the DC/MD/VA metro area: $112,000 - $126,000; salary will vary based if the successful candidate resides in another location
Position Summary: Serves as the primary technical liaison supporting healthcare organizations through planning, implementation, project management, and adoption of EMR modernization initiatives.
