About the role
As a Professional Learning Specialist, you'll deliver engaging learning experiences that help customers successfully implement and use Everway solutions. You'll facilitate live virtual and in-person learning, support customer adoption, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our professional learning programmes.
Working closely with Product, Customer Success and Professional Learning colleagues, you'll also contribute to the development of learning content and help ensure customers have access to effective, relevant and accessible learning resources.
Main responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Deliver engaging live webinars, virtual learning sessions, workshops and in-person training that support successful product implementation and customer adoption.
- Facilitate interactive learning experiences using demonstrations, discussion, practical activities and other evidence-informed instructional approaches.
- Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of learning materials, including course content, videos, job aids and product documentation.
- Work with cross-functional teams to gather customer insights and ensure learning content remains aligned with customer needs, product developments and business priorities.
- Provide on-demand learning opportunities and resources that support customers throughout their implementation journey.
- Evaluate learning effectiveness through customer feedback and performance data, recommending improvements to learning content and delivery.
- Provide follow-up guidance and support after learning sessions, helping customers apply what they have learned successfully.
- Identify opportunities to improve Professional Learning programmes, processes and customer experiences.
- Maintain knowledge of Everway products, educational practice and developments in instructional design and adult learning to inform continuous improvement.
Essential criteria
- 3+ years' experience delivering professional learning, training or customer education, ideally within an educational technology or SaaS environment.
- Strong facilitation skills with experience delivering engaging virtual and in-person learning experiences.
- Experience developing learning content that supports different learning needs and delivery formats.
- Communicates clearly and effectively with customers and colleagues across a range of audiences.
- Experience using virtual learning platforms (such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams or Google Meet) and Learning Management Systems.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver work to agreed deadlines.
- Demonstrates a customer-focused approach that supports successful learning outcomes.
- Uses AI-enabled tools appropriately to improve learning delivery, content development or workflow efficiency while maintaining quality and accuracy.
Desirable criteria
- Experience in instructional design or digital content development using tools such as Articulate Storyline, Camtasia, Adobe Captivate or equivalent.
- Familiarity with the education sector, particularly K–12 or higher education.
- Experience developing self-paced learning resources, including e-learning courses, videos or resource guides.
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
