Your Responsibilities

• Strategic and technical development of depot management solutions
• Product strategy and full product lifecycle for depot management
• Analysis of market requirements, customer feedback, and operational processes
• Gathering, structuring, and prioritizing requirements into product concepts
• Development of business cases and strategic recommendations for management
• Evaluation of AI-based functions and automation solutions
• Close collaboration with development teams
• Product positioning and support of go-to-market activities
• Analysis of potential partnerships and company representation at events
• Capturing real operational requirements from depot, dispatching, workshop, and charging infrastructure
• Ensuring high operational usability in 24/7 critical infrastructure environments

Your Profile

• Min. 5 years of product management experience in software
• Experience in transit companies, mobility systems, or operational software platforms
• Understanding of depot processes, vehicle control, or similar operations is a plus
• Experience with complex and integrated system landscapes
• Ability to analyze, structure, and translate complex requirements into solutions
• Practical experience or demonstrable interest in AI/ML technologies in product environment
• Understanding of AI potential for optimizing operational processes and data-driven decisions
• Strong communication skills and confident presence with customers and stakeholders
• Structured and analytical working style with high self-reliance
• Fluent German and English skills
