The Role

As a Production Manager, you will lead a team of 10–12 Retail Loan Originators. You are responsible for training, motivating, and managing performance to drive team success while ensuring an exceptional experience for every member. Your goal is to facilitate loan closings at or ahead of target while maintaining high service standards.

What You'll Do

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of retail mortgage originators
• Own production performance metrics, including locks, funds, pull-through, and cycle time
• Set expectations for daily activity and pipeline management
