Product Support Jedi – Remote, APAC

About the Role

Join a lean, high-performing global support team working across two SaaS products: Award Force and Good Grants. You'll communicate with colleagues and clients across countries, cultures, and time zones, handling support via email tickets, phone, and 1-1 Zoom calls.

Key Responsibilities

• Become the expert through self-driven product knowledge and learning
• Be the first point of contact for all inbound support via email and tickets
• Conduct client onboarding sessions and meetings covering issue resolution, best practices, and product adoption
• Run 4-5 Zoom calls per day with clients
• Perform hands-on bug testing and reporting, providing feedback to product teams
• Help clients untangle complex problems and push for continuous product improvement

Requirements

• Based in UTC +8 to UTC +11 timezone (non-negotiable)
• 2+ years of professional experience in SaaS support or client-facing roles
• Native-level English fluency (bilingual preferred)
• Technical fluency: comfortable with HTML, CSS, JS, APIs, integrations, dev consoles, staging & production environments, GitHub repos, and database queries
• Exceptional interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills
• Natural problem solver who thrives on client interactions
• Clean, well-structured, detail-oriented writing
• Curious mindset with love for learning
• Comfortable with upselling and sales-related questions
• Organized, process-driven, and able to juggle multiple workflows and tools
• Self-motivated and independent while valuing teamwork
• Proven remote work experience with fast, reliable internet and distraction-free workspace
