Responsibilities

Technical Overall Responsibility

• Architecture planning and technical strategy for TYPO3 projects
• Ensuring code quality, performance, security, and maintainability
• Definition and development of development standards and best practices
• Selection and evaluation of extensions, integrations, and technologies

Team Leadership

• Technical leadership and mentoring of the TYPO3 development team
• Conducting code reviews and technical support in daily work
• Promoting efficient, agile, and quality-oriented working methods
• Close collaboration with project management, UX, and stakeholders

Technical Project Management

• Support in conception and effort estimation
• Identification and evaluation of technical risks
• Ensuring smooth deployments and releases

Requirements

• Multiple years of experience in TYPO3 development (Extbase/Fluid)
• Excellent knowledge of PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• Experience with Git, CI/CD, databases, and web security
• Leadership experience or strong coaching competencies
• Structured, solution-oriented, and responsible working style
• Fluent German language skills required
• Residency in Germany required
