Product Operations, Derivatives (Futures)

Responsibilities

• Responsible for middle office and operations within the derivatives business unit
• Support the calibration of trading parameters and define product specifications
• Implement and oversee structured workflows, processes, and frameworks to align with business goals across regional and global teams
• Identify process bottlenecks and generate optimization ideas and solutions for daily operational tasks
• Drive innovation by leveraging internal tools (AI, automation, and technical solutions) to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency
• Respond to, investigate, and resolve operational issues in a timely and independent manner

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with at least 3 years of relevant experience in finance (experience in crypto-native derivatives or trading is preferred)
