Product Marketing Manager, Subscriptions

The Product Marketing Manager will lead the strategy, growth, and commercialization of a portfolio of consumer subscription offerings for a global digital entertainment platform. This individual will drive subscriber acquisition, engagement, retention, and lifetime value through strategic marketing, go-to-market leadership, and cross-functional collaboration.

Serving as the primary marketing partner to product stakeholders, this person will help influence product strategy, launch new offerings and features, and develop promotions and growth initiatives. Approximately 50–60% of the role will involve meetings and stakeholder collaboration, with the remaining time dedicated to strategy, planning, analysis, and execution.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute growth strategies for existing and future subscription offerings.
• Identify opportunities to improve subscriber acquisition, conversion, engagement, retention, and lifetime value.
• Analyze customer behavior, market trends, competitive activity, and business performance to develop actionable recommendations.
• Serve as the primary marketing partner to product stakeholders and help influence product roadmaps, customer experiences, value propositions, and future investments.
• Lead go-to-market planning and execution for new subscription products, features, benefits, promotions, and business initiatives.
• Develop product positioning, messaging, launch strategies, and integrated marketing plans that increase awareness, trial, and adoption.
• Partner with analytics and lifecycle marketing stakeholders to measure performance and optimize conversion and retention.
• Represent the subscription portfolio across major product launches, seasonal campaigns, creator initiatives, retail moments, and broader brand activations.
