What You'll Be Working On
As AI accelerates content production, the human capacity to verify that content has become the ultimate bottleneck. At Filestage, we provide the Trust Layer—the automated governance pipeline that ensures every asset is safe, on-brand, and compliant before it is published. You will own our narrative and drive the adoption of this new standard in content review.
- Lead the product narrative: Define positioning and messaging, turning complex technical features like AI-driven quality checks and audit trails into clear business value for customers.
- Build the Revenue Enablement toolkit: Create high-impact assets for Sales and Success teams including pitch decks, competitive battle cards, demo environments, and workflow guides.
- Support customer lifecycle communication: Work with Growth Squads to audit, plan, and scale communication across email and in-app channels using tools like Customer.io and Jimo.
- Lead the feature launch engine: Own the end-to-end go-to-market process for new features, coordinating with Product and customer-facing teams.
- Be the voice of the market: Conduct customer research, product usage audits, and win/loss analysis to understand user behavior and improve conversion and product-market fit.
- Own social proof: Take ownership of company profiles on platforms like G2, Capterra, and OMR.
