About the Role
As a dedicated Product Marketing Manager at SYNAOS, you bring structure and clarity to complex technologies. You significantly shape how we position our platform in the market, how we communicate with potential and existing customers, and how our go-to-market teams can succeed.
In this key role, you complement our growing marketing team, which already covers PR, events, digital, and partner marketing. You work closely with product management, sales, implementation teams, and leadership to translate complex product features into clear, compelling customer benefits for a complex buyer journey involving IT and OT stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Develop and own product positioning and messaging that resonates with different target audiences—from shop floor to leadership in IT and OT
- Create sales and enablement materials such as battlecards, one-pagers, presentations, solution sheets, and internal briefings
- Support go-to-market activities for new features, releases, or products—including messaging, audience targeting, and launch materials
- Develop content and campaigns that address our market, build trust, and support the decision-making process
- Conduct and maintain competitive analyses to enable differentiation and refine roadmap or messaging
- Work closely with product managers, implementation consultants, sales colleagues, and marketing team members
- Contribute to thought leadership initiatives, use case stories, or executive content
- Continuously develop messaging based on market feedback, signals, and performance data
Requirements
- 3-5+ years of experience in product marketing, content strategy, or go-to-market in a B2B SaaS environment—ideally in logistics, robotics, manufacturing, or industrial software
- Ability to translate technical complexity into clear, benefit-oriented communication for different stakeholders
- Experience in start-up, scale-up, or matrix-organized companies with cross-functional collaboration
- Confidence in creating content and materials—from concept to execution—with strategic insight into narratives and positioning
- Familiarity with sales enablement practices and tools (battlecards, competitive analyses, objection handling, personas, etc.)
- Structured, proactive, and collaborative working style—you want to shape the role, not just fill it
- Native-level German and very good English skills in writing and speaking; French or Spanish are a plus
